SHIPPING
Say Cheese! Paper Props ships most orders with USPS. If faster service is preferred we encourage you to select UPS/Fedx 2Day or 3Day services at final checkout. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. Faster service is subject to a higher shipping cost. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email via the address provided during payment. For shipping within the U.S., please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Shipments to Canada please allow up to 4 weeks. Shipping may be delayed due to holiday. Shipping costs are shown during ordering.
International shipping prices vary.
SALES TAX
All orders shipped within the United States may be subject to any applicable sales tax.

REFUNDS/RETURNS
We guarantee your satisfaction. However if for some reason you are unhappy, please contact us using the contact feature or via email. You MUST notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. Products must be in unused perfect condition and in its original packaging. All custom products are non-refundable. Say Cheese! reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if the product does not comply with this policy. Refunds and/or exchanges will be processed within 30 days of Say Cheese receiving the returned product.
PAYMENT
At this time payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. PayPal is secure, fast, easy, and requires no PayPal account, in addition, customers may use a bank funds transfer through PayPal but this requires a 7 day wait. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Say Cheese! does not accept any cash, checks or money orders. Say Cheese! will NOT use or sell your information to Third Party Companies. Say Cheese! may use customers contact information for Say Cheese! marketing and product orders.
PRICE QUOTATIONS
The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Additionally, while we do our best to assure that the taxes quoted for a particular order are accurate for the applicable location to which the order is being shipped, should an erroneous quote be provided, we will notify you of such error before finalizing and shipping your order. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes, regardless of the amount quoted on this Web site at the time of your order.
PURCHASE
All the products on this website are provided without warranties of any kind. You acknowledge, that your purchase of these products are at your sole risk. By placing an order, you confirms that you are at least 18 years old and the registered owner of the credit card or payment account being used.
ORDER STATUS
Shipping tracking numbers are emailed to you using the email you provide. Please use this number to track your product. You may contact us if you have not received your order within the allotted shipping time.
